Housing construction.
In the city, the mechanism of housing construction is carried out by purchasing ready-made housing from private developers in the direction of "Housing for MIO waiting lists".
We provided a budget application for the allocation of funds in the amount of 405,899 million tenge from the regional budget, for the purchase of 110 apartments, including 2-room apartments – 84 (the average area of one apartment is 44.7 m2), 1-room apartments – 26 (the average area of one apartment is 30.7 m2). The cost of 1m2 is 90,000 tenge. This year, 237.492 million tenge was allocated for the purchase of 64 apartments, of which 34 apartments were converted for 14 large families. A budget application for the amount of 168,404 million tenge will be submitted for clarification of the budget.
The design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the 48 apartment building on Shkolnaya Street 2 is being developed.
There is a problem in terms of providing heat supply to the reconstructed houses, due to the lack of installed capacity of boiler houses. The proposal to build a new boiler house is not supported.
