The Working Group conducts audits in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulations on the Audit Commission within the relevant administrative-territorial unit.
The working group was organized by Order No.1 of January 08, 2020: consisting of the chairman, O. Ilina, and members of the commission: M.B. Ulukpanova-methodologist; M.V. Esmontova-Deputy Director for Economic Work; O.S. Efremova-accountant; M.A. Kalichko-teacher-psychologist; L.D. Kumiskhanova. - Translator, secretary of the working group, an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted on the basis of the “Model Rules for Conducting internal analysis of Corruption Risks”, approved by Order No. 22 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) dated January 28, 2020.
