On amendments to the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat of January 14, 2019 No. 28/214-VI “On the Election of Territorial and Precinct Election Commissions”

         In accordance with Articles 10, 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, subparagraph 7-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Kurchatov City Maslikhat DECIDED:
