On repealing the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat of the Abai Region dated May 22, 2025, No. 27/176-VIII "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing Its Amounts, and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens in the City of Kurchatov"
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts," the Kurchatov City Maslikhat HAS DECIDED:
On repealing the decision of the Kurchatov City Maslikhat of the Abai Region dated May 22, 2025, No. 27/176-VIII "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing Its Amounts, and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens in the City of Kurchatov" (Registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 459-18).
This decision shall come into effect ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
