In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts," the Kurchatov City Maslikhat has decided: To invalidate the Kurchatov City Maslikhat's decision of May 4, 2018, No. 20/153-VI "On establishing categories of parking lots (parking lots) and increasing the base tax rates on land allocated for parking lots (parking lots)" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 5-3-121). This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after its first official publication.
