Information on public services rendered by local executive bodies of the Kokpektinsky district in 2023

In total, 47,895 public services were provided by the local executive bodies of the Kokpekty district in 2023. 

 

• The number of public services rendered on paper is 739 (1.5 %), including:

         - Public services provided through a government agency-11;

         - Public services rendered through a public authority in an alternative form -728.

 

• The number of public services rendered electronically is 47,156 (98.5 %), including:

- Through the public service center - 830;

- Through the e–government portal - 44,389;

-Through the information system "state database E-licensing" - 639;

- Through information systems-1,298.

 

• Motivated refusal -240, including on paper - 1, in electronic form – 239.

- Through the public service center - 65;

- Through the portal of "electronic government" and the information system "state database E-licensing" – 119;

- Through information systems -55.

 

• Overdue public services-0.

 

• Awareness-raising activities-39, 16,498 people were covered.

 

• The number of persons who have completed advanced training courses in the provision of public services is 29.

 

• Control measures on the quality of public services-8.
