Remuneration of employees
One of the main indicators characterizing the standared of living of the population is wages. For the majority of the population, wages are the main guaranteed source of income.
In January-September 2022, the average monthly nominal salary of one employee in the Kokpekty district at large and medium-sized enterprises, including branches, education, government, public, banking and insurance organizations amounted to 227641 tenge and increasedby 25,3% compared to the corresponding period of 2021%. Higher than the average for the district in relation to January-september 2021, there was an increase in average monthly wages by 37.8% in industry, by 24.1% in electricity, gas, steam, by 11.4% inagriculture, forestry and fisheries, by 7.8% in art, entertainment and recreation, by 37.8 % in transport and warehousing.
According to the types of economic activity, there is a differentiation in wages. The average monthly nominal salary of industrial workers is 34.6% higher than the average for the district, education by 36.4%, health and social services by 11.2%.
Wages of agricultural, forestryand fisheries workers are lower than the average for the district-by 54.4%, transport and warehousing by 43.1%, art, entertainment and recreation-by 43.4%, in electricity, gas, steam 30.8%.
