About the name of Central Park in the village Kalbatau Zharma district

In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 4) of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 8, 1993 "On administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the conclusions of the regional onomastic Commission from 17 June 2020 the mayor Kavalerskogo rural district DECIDED:

  1. Assign the name of Nurkasym Sadykov to the Central Park in the village of Kalbatau.
  2. GU "Office of akim of Kalbatau rural district of Zharminsky district, East Kazakhstan region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state re-registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed in the territory of the Zharminsky district;

3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akim of the Zharminsky district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the Deputy akim of Kalbatau rural district E. Aubakirova.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
