False call

In accordance with Government resolution No. 1436 of September 24, 2009, a single rescue service number "112"was introduced throughout the Republic. This number is familiar to both adults and children. Timely call of the fire service saves the life and property of citizens. But unfortunately today, the most important number becomes a tool for pranks and pampering.

False calls can be divided into two types: "erroneous" and "deliberate". Behind the "erroneous" are people who take for a fire water vapor, smoke from fire and other works, which can seem like smoke from a distance. Such calls, though false, are not punishable by law. It is better to call the fire service in time than to waste time and let a small fire turn into a real fire. "Deliberate" is a deliberately false call to specialized services and is punishable to the full extent of the law. In this regard, the Ochs of Zharminsky district warns that the use of emergency service phones for other purposes is subject to criminal and administrative penalties.

Thus, article 438 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses dated July 5, 2014 No. 235-V " States:

- Deliberately false call of the state fire service, police, ambulance, emergency services-entails a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.

Actions provided for in the first part of this article committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty or committed during the liquidation of an accident, fire, or the consequences of natural disasters,

- entail a fine on individuals in the amount of sixty monthly calculation indicators.

- Actions provided for in parts one and two of this article committed by minors aged from fourteen to sixteen years-entail a warning or fine on parents or persons who replace them, in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices. A deliberately false report of an act of terrorism under article 273 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 3 July 2014 No. 226-V is punishable by up to six years ' imprisonment.

Employees of the Ochs of the Zharminsky district report that today, modern technical means can easily calculate citizens to bring them to justice. However, do not forget that first of all, every call of emergency service employees is the possibility of saving human life or property.
