In fulfillment of paragraph 2.28 of the plan of main organizational activities on a 2-quarter DP IRR, and for the timely execution of the judgments rendered in the form of an administrative fine in the territory of Zharma district from 23 to 26 June this year in conjunction with the staff of Prosecutor's office of the Department of justice, private bailiffs, as well as with representatives of mass media will be held operational preventive event "Brisker".

As part of the operational and preventive measures, RAID measures will be organized jointly with the Executive bodies to identify debtors and apply penalties to them.

In this regard, we ask those who have not paid administrative fines to pay in accordance with the law.

According to the administrative code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the term of voluntary payment of an administrative fine is thirty days from the date of the decision. Also, in the case of malicious defaulters, administrative proceedings will be initiated under article 669 of the CPC on AP, which provides for administrative punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to five days.
