INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS

In order to execute the instructions of UAP DP IRR, and paragraph 5 of the "Interdepartmental plan for improving the enforcement decree of the imposed administrative fines" on the territory of Zharma district in the period from 01 – 07 June, together with judicial executors is carried out operatively-preventive action aimed at the timely execution of administrative shtrafov.

According to article 785 of KRK RK on AP in case of non payment of an administrative penalty in a voluntary order will be imposed a restriction on a driver's license until full repayment of the debt or the vehicle will settle in the impoundment. Also, in cases of malicious defaulters, administrative proceedings will be initiated under article 669 of the CPC on AP, which provides for administrative punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to five days.

According to the administrative code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the term of voluntary payment of an administrative fine is thirty days from the date of drawing up the administrative Protocol.
