Uncontrolled incineration of garbage leads to great trouble

In the spring period, there are cases of fire of dead wood and garbage on the territory of Zharminsky district. Such cases usually occur as a result of violations of the requirements for incineration and burning of garbage.
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 2017 No. 439 on approval of the Technical regulations "General requirements for fire safety", garbage incineration is allowed only in open areas, on windless days at a distance of 50 meters from various buildings, structures and stored materials and in the presence of primary fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers, water). The incineration area must be cleared of dry grass and leaves. Garbage should only be incinerated if there is constant monitoring during the day. After burning the garbage, the fire should be filled with water and carefully extinguished. It is not allowed to leave an unquenched fire unattended.
Uncontrolled incineration of garbage in open areas leads to great trouble. To clean the yard, you need to understand that you will cause great harm if you leave the fire unattended. Please note that a fire may endanger people's lives. Be vigilant when carrying out spring cleaning in courtyards and using an open fire during outdoor recreation.
If the specified case occurred, in accordance with article 336 Of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on administrative offenses" (Violation of the rules for storing industrial and household waste, non-compliance with the requirements for air protection and fire safety when burning the specified waste) entails a warning or fine for individuals in the amount of three, for officials-in the amount of twenty, for small businesses or non-profit organizations-in the amount of forty, for medium-sized businesses - seventy, subjects of large business in the amount of one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indicators (in 2020, 1 MCI is 2778 tenge).
