The Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites all civil servants with at least one year of experience to apply for a grant in one of 10 master's programs or 3 doctoral programs.
The Academy annually updates and improves its educational programs based on domestic and global trends in public administration and policy. Thus, this year the Academy provides training in the following educational programs:
with a training period of one year:
State management-Master of Public Management;
Anti-corruption policy-Master of Anti-Corruption Policy;
International relations-Master of International Relations;
Human resource management-Master of Human Resource Management;
* "Regional development" - Master of Regional Development.
with a two-year training period:
Public administration-Master of Public Administration
Public policy-Master of Public Policy;
"Economy" - Master of Economics;
Regional development-Master of Regional Development;
* "Regional leadership" - Master of Regional Leadership;
with a three-year training period:
Public administration-Doctor of Public Administration;
Economics – Doctor of Economics;
"International relations" - Doctor of International Relations.
* Training is provided through other sources of funding.
In case of admission to the Academy, the student is given the opportunity to maintain a job, receive a stipend in the amount of the official salary, receive education from a highly qualified teaching staff, and pass an internship with world-class experts.
* Documents required for admission (acceptance of documents BEFORE JULY 10, 2020):
- Application
- A copy of the higher education document
- A copy of the IELTS/TOEFL certificate or registration on APTIS
-Document confirming employment
-Medical certificate form 086-U
- Direction of the state body
- Written work of the applicant:
* For master's DEGREE-motivational essay, essay on the subject
• For doctoral STUDIES-essay, research plan (research proposal)
