A Patriotic event was held

On February 14, 2020, events dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan began in the village of Kalbatau in the Zharma district. Acting head of the Department for defense Affairs I. Sayabayev made an introductory speech and announced a minute of silence. Later in the Youth resource center has been a Patriotic event "Awany from zhalyny".

The Patriotic event was attended by the Deputy akim of the district, heads of military units, institutions of the district, teachers and students.

During the event, a video about the war in Afghanistan was shown. Deputy akim of the district A. Ibraev, Deputy commander of MO 47007 major A. Bazylzhanov and head of the organization of veterans of the war in Afghanistan I. Burgozhinov made a congratulatory speech.

The event continued with a concert program.
