Press release: This year the selection of the Presidential Youth personnel Reserve will be carried out

In accordance with the instructions of the head of state, this year the selection of the Presidential Youth personnel Reserve will be carried out, based on the results of which 50 reservists will be selected for the public sector.

In accordance with the requirements established by the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 18, 2021 No. 580, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are not older than 35 years, have higher education and work experience of at least 5 years, as well as knowledge of the state language at a level not lower than the average level can participate in the selection process. The period of stay in the Reserve is 3 years.

The appointment of a reservist to a vacant public position will be carried out in an out-of-competition manner, taking into account the set of competencies and on the recommendation of the National Commission for the youth personnel Reserve. At the same time, admission to the Reserve does not guarantee appointment to a public position.

To enroll in the Reserve, applicants must go through several consecutive stages, including:

1) assessment of the ability to work with complex numerical and text information;

2) solving situational problems;

4) assessment of competencies;

5) interview with the expert commission;

6) meeting of the National Commission for youth personnel policy under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Many stages take place online.

Unlike the previous selection process, the recruitment process is aimed not only at identifying the required knowledge and skills, but also at evaluating the true motives of candidates and their value orientations. The goal is to identify and attract young talents who are guided by public interests to the civil service.

Acceptance of documents has been specially developed since September 1 of this year pkrezerv.gov.kz it is planned that it will be conducted online on a digital platform.
