A branch of the health insurance Fund offers temporary status for uninsured East Kazakhstan Citizens

The social health insurance Fund commented on cases of" falling out " of citizens of preferential categories from the OSMS system.

For representatives of 15 preferential categories, which is almost 11 million Kazakhstanis, whose contributions are made by the state, the medical insurance Fund has developed an algorithm for assigning temporary status (for one month) by contacting their clinic or independently – via the Qoldau 24/7 mobile app.

Thus, any problems with the status of insurance for representatives of the privileged category of the population are resolved promptly, and the patient gets access to medical services.

When a patient applies to a medical organization, its employee scans (photographs) the patient's confirmation document and sends it to the FSMS via the "Qoldau 24/7"mobile app. The Foundation assigns the patient a status for 1 month, and a corresponding notification is sent to them.

A representative of the preferential category can do the same by downloading the "Qoldau 24/7" mobile app in the App Store and Play Market. You need to upload a proof of participation in the preferential category and send it to the Federal migration SERVICE. The Fund will assign the applicant a status for 1 month and send a corresponding notification.

The Fund noted that you need to check the status through official services – on the website of the Federal migration SERVICE fms.kz, mobile app "Qoldau 24/7", Saqtandyru-bot in Telegram. All systems work properly and transparently.

Twice a month, the state Corporation "Government for citizens" provides the social health insurance Fund with updated databases on preferential categories. To confirm the permanent status of insurance, you must contact the state Corporation at 1414.

You can also get information about the presence or absence of payments and refunds on the E-Government Portal https://egov.kz/. To do this, order an electronic state service "Issuing information about participation as a consumer of medical services and the amounts of deductions and (or) contributions in the mandatory social health insurance system".
