On reimbursement of expenses to persons in the Zharminsky district accompanying persons with disabilities of the first group for sanatorium treatment

 

In accordance with subparagraph 14) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», subparagraphs 17) and 20) of Article 19, paragraph 4 of Article 168 and paragraph 3 of Article 170 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Zharminsky district DECIDES:

  1. To reimburse the costs of persons in theZharminskydistrict

accompanying persons with disabilities of the first group for sanatorium treatment, who have an individual habilitation and rehabilitation program for sanatorium treatment, who have chosen a permit for sanatorium treatment through the Social Services Portal, in the amount of seventy percent of the guaranteed amount, the cost of sanatorium treatment for the actual stay in a sanatorium, determined by the authorized body in the field of social protection of the population, once a year, without taking into account the average per capita income.

  1. To provide the followingdocuments to theauthorizedbody in order to

receive social assistance:

  • an identity document (for identification purposes);
  • an invoiceand an act of completed

The cost of travel of the accompanying person is paid at the expense of the accompanying person

  1. To reimburse the costsofsanatoriumtreatment for personsaccompanying

persons with disabilities of the first group to the State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Zharminsky district of the Abai region».

  1. Controlover the implementation of thisresolution is entrusted to the

deputy akim of the district Nurgaliev R.

  1. Thisresolution shall enterintoforceupon the expiration of tencalendar

days after the date of its first official publication.
