In accordance with Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Zharminsky district Maslikhat DECIDED:
