According to the decision of the chief medical officer of the East Kazakhstan region, from may 23, all public service centers will resume their work in East Kazakhstan region, with the exception of front offices in Semey.
Due to the continuing risk of the spread of coronavirus, the Ust-Kamenogorsk PSC Will only provide "paper" services that are not available in electronic format and issue the results of services issued online on the portal egov.kz.
Visiting the PSC will only be possible if the queue is pre-booked through a special service on the portal egov.kz, telegram bot eGovKzBot2. 0 or by phone number 1414.
According to Azamat Esembulov, Director of the Government for citizens branch for East Kazakhstan region, the risk of infection with coronavirus has not passed. "Measures to pre-book the queue were taken solely to ensure the safety of East Kazakhstanis. When visiting centres, it is important to observe a mask mode," - said Simbolov.
He also added that more than 80 % of public services can be obtained online on the e-government portal egov.kz, the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot and via the eGovMobile mobile app. Recently transferred to the online format, the service for issuing EDS to individuals and legal entities will also be provided only online.
For those citizens who do not have access to a computer, 10 egov self-service corners are open in Ust-Kamenogorsk.kz outside the PSC buildings. They are located in the buildings of city libraries. As soon as other organizations start working in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the number of such places will increase.
At the same time, 3 categories of citizens will be able to receive electronic services in PSC: pensioners, large families, and people with disabilities. They will have a preferential window in each front office. They also need to book their visit to the PSC in advance.
We remind you that people with disabilities can call a PSC employee at home by calling the Contact center 1414.
It should be noted that the changes will only affect the work of service centers in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. PSCs located in district centers and in rural areas will operate without changes.
