The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Abai region provides a public service «Issuing or extending permits to employers to attract foreign labor».

For reference: The procedure for attracting foreign labor is regulated by the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration", the Rules and Conditions for issuing or extending permits to employers to attract foreign labor, as well as the implementation of intra-corporate transfer approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 279, the Rules for establishing quotas for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions, cities of republican significance, the capital approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 274.

               According to the rules, the local executive body issues permits within the quota allocated by the authorized body on migration issues.

               In this regard, the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Abai region informs employers about the need to apply for the need to attract foreign labor for 2024.

               The application is submitted in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules for establishing a quota for Attracting foreign Labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its Distribution between regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, approved by Order No. 274 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023.
