The window for issuing ready-made documents will be opened only in one PSC in each city
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan, the work of all public service centers has been suspended. Citizens receive services only in electronic format.
From March 30 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, only the PSC on Belinsky 37A will function as a single window for issuing ready-made documents. Here UstKamenogorsk residents will be able to get a ready-made result of public services issued in an online format. There are 23 types of public services on the eGov portal that provide for paper delivery of results.
In a specialized PSC, only Windows for issuing ready-made documents also work, where car owners who have re-registered their cars or replaced their driver's license online can get ready-made documents and license plates.
In the Semey PSC, As well as in all districts, there is only one window for issuing ready-made documents.
About 400 employees of the state Corporation "Government for citizens"are involved in the process of issuing ready-made documents across the country. All of them are equipped with means of protection and disinfection.
Working hours of the Windows for issuing ready-made documents: Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 17.00. Sat from 9.00 to 14.00 hours.

By the way, citizens who managed to submit their documents to the PSC before March 21 will be able to get a ready result in the same PSC until March 28.
