On March 31, 2020, the deadline for non-governmental organizations to provide information about their activities to the NGO Database expires (paragraph 5 of article 41 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on non-profit organizations").

Reporting is provided by non-governmental organizations registered in the form of institutions, public associations, joint-stock companies, foundations, associations of legal entities in the form of an Association (Union).

The electronic reporting form is filled out on the website infonpo.kz.

For late submission of information to the NGO Database, administrative responsibility is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
