On October 10, 2022, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting of the linguistic Commission to determine the fluency of the state language by Abden Karakat Zhaksylykovna.

The linguistic Commission determined the candidate's fluency in the state language in three areas: writing a work, reading excerpts from the works of classics of Kazakh literature, public speeches on the chosen topic of the candidate.

At the end of the exam, the commission held a discussion and summed up the results.

The results of the meeting were reported by the chairman of the linguistic commission, doctor of philology, professor Adil Kurmanzhanovich Akhmetov.

The candidate wrote a work on the theme" language is the Golden trunk of the people". The written work was evaluated by content, style, spelling, punctuation. On the second task, Ilyas read an oral excerpt from Yesenberlin's novel "Nomads". On the third task, he verbally reported the game on the topic "The Most High is the free country".
