In 2021, our country celebrates the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Supreme Council. From that moment on, Kazakhstan, expressing the will of the people, recognizing the priority of individual rights and freedoms enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, confirming the right of the Kazakh nation to self-determination, based on the principles of civil society and the rule of law, implements a peace-loving policy.
Thus, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, a round table on the theme "Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev occupies a special place in the history of Kazakhstan" was held in the Petropavlovsk rural district in the cultural and leisure center "Jana Dem". Did this event take place ? 2021. The round table was based on the reports of librarian Kabatova D.Ya. "Tauelsizdikke kalai kol zhetkizdik?" and leading specialist Bohaeva Zh.S. "30 years of independence: the main achievements of Kazakhstan".
One of the most important components of the Kazakh model of public administration is the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy. In the speech of the speaker, D. Kabatova, it was noted that the revival of Kazakhstan's statehood, socio-political and socio-economic life of the country as a whole was influenced by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev. Thanks to the balanced policy of Elbasy, the spirit of our people, its consciousness, thinking, moral and spiritual values, traditions, its cultural and historical heritage have been revived in all spheres.
