Conducting public control over the work of outpatient clinics in rural districts and organizing meetings with the population on the quality of medical care

In order to implement the plan "Shygys - Adaldyq alany" on November 16, 2021, the Head of the project office "Borodyliha – Adaldyq alany" Askenov T.A. conducted public control over the work of outpatient clinics in rural districts and a survey of the population on the quality of medical care was conducted.

During the public control, the villages of Dmitrievka, Ivanovka and Zhezkent were covered, there were enough stocks of medicines, complaints were heard and recorded during the survey of residents, recommendations for their elimination were passed to the management.

On the question of residents how to put a child on Dispensary registration, hospital, planned hospitalization:

- Everything is carried out as planned: tests are taken, an extract is carried out by the district doctor and sent to the portal "Bureau of Hospitalization", then the date of hospitalization is indicated by the portal.

Additionally, public control of self-service corners was carried out.
