We remind you that pursuant to the order of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev dated December 6, 2013 No. 250 "On the National Competition "Mereili Otbasy", we inform you that the 1st stage of the National Competition"Mereili Otbasy" is being held in the city.
The aim of the competition is to strengthen the institution of the family, increase the responsibility of parents in raising children, demonstrate and widely promote family values, promote a positive image of the Kazakh family.
The competition is held in an open form throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Families whose members have high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, and scientific achievements are allowed to participate in the competition.
The competition is held in three stages. The first stage – city, the second – regional, the third – national.
The application for participation in the competition is submitted to the city commission with the following documents attached:
- copies of the identity documents of the parents( guardians, trustees), copies of the birth certificates of the children;
- copies of the extract from the decision of the local authorized body on the establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over a minor child - for foster (guardianship) families;
- copies of the marriage certificate (if available);
- copies of the death certificate in the event of the death of one of the parents (if available);
- copies of documents indicating the presence of incentives for raising children, incentives for certain successes;
- references and characteristics from the place of work (study) of children, parents (guardians, trustees);
- recommendations (colleagues, neighbors, friends);
- copies of documents confirming the high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements of family members.
Copies of the submitted documents are certified by the chairman of the city commission on the basis of the original submitted by the applicants.
Those who wish to participate in the National Competition can submit applications in the akimats of rural districts, as well as in the Department of Internal Policy, Borodulikha village, Tauelsizdik str. 69, e-mail: ovpbor@mail.ru, tel. 2-11-64 until June 15, 2021.
