The akimat of the Shemonaikha district holds a competition for the provision of land plots for rent for conductingя peasant or farm farming, agricultural production.
Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons included in the register of persons from whom land plots were forcibly withdrawn, as well as the winners of the competition who refused to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land for one year.
The application for participation in the tender and bids must comply with the requirements of article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 and the "Rules for organizing and conducting a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm farming, agricultural production" approved by order No. 518 of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2018.

Opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up the results will take place on may 19, 2021 at 10. 00. hours, at the address: East Kazakhstan region, Shemonaikha district, Shemonaikha city, Anatoly Ivanov street 59 (building of the district akimat).
The contest is considered invalid in the following cases::
Receipt of less than two applications for each land plot put up for competition;
If less than two participants are allowed to participate in the competition for each land plot put up for the competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of a land plot
1) use the land plot in accordance with its intended purpose;
2) implement measures for the protection of land, its rational and efficient use, provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) ensure mandatory introduction and maintenance of the crop rotation system:
4) pay a timely fee for the use of the land plot;
5) apply advanced production technologies that meet sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of a land user stipulated by article 65 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.06.2003 No. 442-II.
