on the provision of public services
in Borodulikha district in 2023.
According to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013, 176 public services are provided by local executive bodies and subordinate organizations in the district.
In 2023, 16601 public services were provided by local executive bodies to the population of Borodulikhinsky district, of which:
- provided on a non - alternative basis – 3;
- provided by service providers on an alternative basis - 95;
- through the GC "Government for Citizens" - 524;
- a total of 16253 services were rendered in electronic format, of which 12637 were rendered electronically through the E–government portal, 1346 were rendered electronically through the information systems of the service provider without direct contact with the service recipient, 1322 were rendered electronically through the information systems of the service provider by Direct contact – 948,
The number of justified refusals to provide public services is 201.
Self–service corners operate in each akimat of the rural district, as of the current period, 10,895 public services have been provided through self-service corners.
According to the plan of office activities in 2023, 12 control events were held in rural akimats and independent departments of the district.
According to the results of the inspections, no gross violations were revealed, managers and specialists were not brought to disciplinary responsibility.
According to the results of the control measures carried out, the heads of state institutions were recommended to strengthen control over the timely and high-quality provision of public services to the population
In order to improve the legal literacy of citizens, as well as to provide methodological assistance to the population, awareness-raising activities are carried out. Rural akimats and independent departments of the district conducted live broadcasts on the official page of the akim's office of Borodulikhinsky district and on the social network Instagram. In the 12 months of 2023, 20 live broadcasts were held.
In November of this year, 26 specialists of the district providing public services were trained in the field of public services in Semey and received certificates.
The measures taken in the district to improve the quality of public services are continuing, monitoring of timely and high-quality provision of public services is also conducted on an ongoing basis.
