In accordance with subparagraph 2) of article 18, paragraph 9 of article 139 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, paragraph 2 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "on legal acts", the Borodulikha district akimat DECIDES:
