On the establishment of restrictive measures
In accordance with subparagraph 7) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine", on the basis of the submission of the Chief State Veterinary and Sanitary Inspector dated May 6, 2022 No. 327 DECIDED:
1. To establish restrictive measures for the elimination of the hearth and carrying out veterinary and sanitary measures against the infectious disease brucellosis among cattle along Yubileynaya Street, along Zarechnaya Street, along Stepan Burlachenko Street, along Sandy Street, in house No. 3/2 along Dostyk Street, in houses №1, №2, №3, №4, №5, №6, №7, №8, №9 Sadovy Lane, village of Peschanka, Kunarlinsky rural district.
2. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
