On the establishment of restrictive measures
In accordance with subparagraph 7) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine", on the basis of the submission of the Chief State Veterinary and Sanitary Inspector dated May 6, 2022 No. 324 DECIDED:
1. To establish restrictive measures for the elimination of the hearth and carrying out veterinary and sanitary measures against the infectious disease brucellosis among cattle along Lesnaya Street from house No. 1 to House No. 40, along Fedora Seredina Street from house No. 67 to house No. 100, along Tauelsizdik Street from house No. 96 to house No. 187, along Birlik Street from house No.136 to house No. 225, along Tusubzhanova Street from house No. 81 to House No. 194, along Pionerskaya Street from house No. 33A to house No. 139, along Yuzhny microdistrict Street from house No. 29 to house No. 55, along Substation Street and along KSHT Street, Borodulikha village, Borodulikhinsky rural suburb.
2. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
