Regional competition "The best school library – 2023"

"Regional Innovation and Methodological Center" on February 10 of this year on the basis of KSU "Comprehensive school complex No. 3" in the implementation of the project "Reading school" held a regional competition "The best school library-2023".
The purpose of the competition: improving and stimulating the activities of libraries aimed at improving the quality of library and information services, the promotion of books and reading, studying, generalization and dissemination of best practices of libraries, popularization and dissemination of effective and innovative experience of libraries of educational institutions, increasing the prestige of the library profession.
24 libraries from educational institutions of our region participated. Librarians familiarized with the system of work of their libraries in three directions in accordance with the rules of the competition. Also, the jury was presented with the system of work of their innovative projects in the school library.According to the results of the competition , prizes in three directions were taken:1. In the direction of the presentation "Library – the sacred Horde of integrity and knowledge" librarian of KSU "City multidisciplinary Kazakh school-lyceum" G. Ayagoz Dzhumagalieva Lyazzat Dzhumageldinovna, librarian of KSU "Gymnasium School No. 37 named after Y. Altynsarin" G. Semey Rymbosinova Oralbubi Mamievna, librarian of KSU "City multidisciplinary Kazakh school-lyceum" G. Ayagoz Karibaeva Asel Serikovna.
2. In the direction of "The best project of the school library" "Library is the house of connoisseurs!" librarian of "Shakarim Gymnasium No. 5 in three languages" of Semey city Sakaeva Dinara Nurbekovna, librarian of KSU "Abai School-kindergarten Complex" of Zharminsky district Baymuratova Kamar Kapuovna, librarian of KSU "A.Bokeikhan Secondary School" Borodulikhinsky district Saparova Kundyz Sagyndykovna.
3. In the direction of "Librarian is a noble profession!" librarian of the KSU "M.Abeulov Secondary School" of the Ayagoz district Beisembayeva Nesipkhan Nauryzbaevna, librarian of the KSU "Secondary school-lyceum No. 38" of Semey Zhukenova Kuralai Zhumabekovna, librarian of KSU "Ondiris Secondary School" of Beskaragai district Khamitova Lucia Rifkhatovna, librarian of KSU "I.Zhansugurov Secondary School" of Urdzhar district Abdulin Aidan Timurkyzy.
The participants of the competition were awarded special medals, cups and certificates for active participation and dissemination of best practices. The organizers of the contest have achieved their objectives: to identify and support effectively functioning libraries, to study and disseminate the experience of the most active, creative, successful librarians of educational institutions. The participants of the contest left a wonderful impression, good mood.
