application for the need for foreign labor for 2023

The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Abai region informs employers about the need to apply for a foreign working day for 2023.
Requirements:
1) the application is submitted in accordance with Annex 1 to the rules for establishing quotas for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2016 No. 802
2) the application must be sent by a duly executed cover letter (indicating the outgoing number, certified by the signature of the head and seals, contact details, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the responsible person).
3) in the application, it is mandatory to indicate the justification for the need to attract foreign labor.
4) the application must specify the type of economic activity with a 5-digit code (for example:mining and processing of copper ore-07292)
5) the application is submitted in the state and Russian languages.
