Registration for exams to obtain a driver's license is now only possible through the "TsON" application

Now you can sign up for theoretical and practical exams at specialized public service centers only through the "Public Service Center" application. This innovation was introduced for the convenience of citizens and is aimed at eliminating corruption risks.

To ensure security, all users of the "Public Service Center" mobile application undergo two-factor authentication: first, biometric identification, then confirm their identity using an SMS code received from number 1414. After that, the driver candidate must go to the "Sign up for the theory exam" or "Sign up for the practice exam" tab. Then the service recipient will receive an SMS message again. By the way, the SMS message will be sent to an active phone number registered in the Mobile Citizens Database. Note that to sign up for the exam through the "Public Service Center" application, you must contact a specialized public service center in advance to submit an application and receive an application number.

This service will notify users about the time of exams and possible changes in the schedule, which will significantly increase the convenience and timeliness of receiving information.

Let us recall that previously registration for exams was carried out through the booking.gov4c.kz website, now this function on the website will be disabled to receive advanced features through the TsON application. At the same time, the website will continue to function, allowing users to watch the broadcast of the exam process online.

By the way, in the application you can also book a visit to the TsON, get an electronic queue ticket, find the location of the public service center of interest and get acquainted with current issues.
