Guardians can register their wards online using the eGov.kz portal

Guardians of persons over 18 years of age who have been declared legally incompetent by the court can now register their wards at a new place of residence via the eGov.kz portal. Previously, this service was provided exclusively offline in the branches of the Public Service Centers.

Creating a barrier-free environment for access to government services is one of the priority tasks in the development of the eGov.kz portal. With the help of the updated service, you can now apply for registration without leaving your home, in three clicks, which significantly reduces the time spent and makes the process more convenient.

To receive the service, you must:

log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the "Citizenship, Migration and Immigration" section;
in the "Population Registration and Deregistration" section, select "Registration at the Place of Residence";
fill in the required data and sign the application using an electronic digital signature. The service result will be available in the user's Personal Account in the "History of Receiving Services" section.

Notification of the application processing status will be received within the time set by the government agency.

The updated functionality of the service became possible thanks to the joint work of the State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
