In East Kazakhstan region, the work schedule of public service centers has been extended

Based on the Decree of 08.16. of the chief state sanitary doctor of the East Kazakhstan region from August 17, 2020, the work schedule of PSCs has been extended. So, now even more public services will be able to provide the citizens of the PSCs of the region.
According to Azamat Yesembulov, director of the branch of the "Government for Citizens" state corporation, the extension of the work schedule of public service centers will allow serving even more citizens every day. “We conduct constant monitoring of citizens' appeals and have heard more than once feedback that the queue at the PSC is booked a week in advance. We think that a gradual increase in the amount of service time will help stabilize the situation with the provision of public services and completely cover the need of East Kazakhstanis for them. Book your visit to the CSC in accordance with the specified schedule, ”said Yesembulov.
By the way, under the conditions of quarantine, PSCs will continue to issue only paper services and only by prior reservation. As before, only pensioners, persons with disabilities and members of large families will be able to receive e-services in preferential windows. Citizens who do not have access to a computer or the Internet can get e-services in the corners of egov.kz, which function in the buildings of akimats, second-tier banks, etc.
In public service centers, the mask mode is preserved, visitors are advised to observe social distance.
The working hours of public service centers are from Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 18.00 and Saturday from 9.00 to 15.00
