Information about military service is now available in the eGov Mobile app

Kazakhstanis can receive and transmit military service data through the eGov Mobile app. This became possible thanks to the update of the Digital Information service. Now users can view and share information about their military duty status and conscription directly from their smartphone. New features make data access even more convenient and easier. Two new digital information became available in the updated version of the application: 1. information on conscription for military service – data on the conscription status of a citizen; 2. information about the attitude to military service – up-to-date information about the status of military duty of a citizen. A citizen can send their data independently by specifying the IIN, the company's BIN, or the recipient's phone number registered in the database of mobile citizens. The data can also be transmitted directly at the direct request of the employer — for this, he sends a request by the user's IIN or phone number. After that, the user will receive a notification and will be able to confirm or reject the request. It is worth noting that the data can be sent via messengers or mail via a direct link to the eGov Mobile application. To use the service, you must: • log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Information" section; • view incoming requests for access to information in the "History" section; • give permission to transfer information or reject the request; • if necessary, revoke previously provided data by clicking the "Revoke" button. In addition, users can check the history of information requests and control access by revoking previously provided data, if necessary.
