Permission for the collection, storage, processing and sale of scrap metals can be obtained at elicense.kz

On the elicense portal.kz is an automated service for legal entities for the collection, storage, processing and sale of scrap, as well as waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Obtaining permits is available for the activities of entrepreneurs throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The period for the provision of the permit service is 15 working days. An entrepreneur can obtain a permit from local executive bodies at the place of his activity. To obtain a permit, you must: - log in to the elicense portal.kz and go to the "Subsurface use" section; - select from the list of services "Issuance of a permit for the collection (harvesting), storage, processing and sale by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals"; - fill in all necessary fields, upload files and pay the state fee; - sign the service using an EDS/QR code. If the decision of the state body is positive, the finished license will be displayed in the user's "Personal Account" on the elicense portal.kz in the Permissions module. In case of refusal of the application, a reasoned refusal will be stored in the "My applications" module. To issue a permit, a state fee of 10 MCI is paid. Payment is made in any second-tier bank to the address of the tax authority at the place of registration of the legal entity.
