Guardians of children and incapacitated citizens can attach their wards to the polyclinic using the portal eGov.kz

The expansion of the functionality of the public service allows guardians of children and incapacitated persons over the age of eighteen to attach their wards to polyclinics. An inclusive approach to the provision of digital public services has a positive impact on the protection of the social rights of various categories of citizens, including people with disabilities. Previously, legal representatives of a child with a disability from childhood could attach children only by contacting the clinic itself. The procedure required not only the personal presence of the applicant, but also the provision of a court decision or other document confirming guardianship or guardianship. With the launch of the updated public service, guardians, carers, foster carers and other persons engaged in the care, education, upbringing and protection of the rights and interests of a child or a person recognized as legally incompetent can apply for wards in just a few clicks. To receive the service, the user must: - log in to the eGov portal.kz and go to the "Healthcare" section, then select the "Attachment to the clinic" service; - choose the applicant's category from two options: "Legal representative (for incapacitated or disabled adults)" or "For a child (under 18 years of age, including those under guardianship and guardianship)"; - select from the list the region and area of residence, the polyclinic, the reason for attachment (relocation or free attachment), the attending physician, and you can also edit the displayed address and contact phone number; - fill in the required fields and sign the application using EDS/QRcode or with SMS confirmation. The user can get acquainted with the result of the service in his Personal account after reviewing the application directly by the medical organization itself. The service can be used not only in case of a change of place of residence, but also if you wish to change the medical organization of attachment no more than once a year within the framework of one administrative-territorial unit. In addition, you can change your medical organization using the Attachment Campaign before November 1 of this year. According to the results of the attachment campaign, the patient will be able to receive services from the beginning of the new year.
