Seminar "The legal basis of the electoral process and the organization of the work of the commission in connection with the elections of mayors of villages, towns, rural districts"

Members of the Ayagoz district territorial election Commission organized a seminar for members of the commission of polling stations No. 234 of the Akshatau rural district on the topic "legal foundations of the electoral process and organization of the commission's work in connection with the elections of mayors of villages, towns, rural districts." During the seminar, A. Atabekova familiarized the participants with changes in electoral legislation, the main stages of the election campaign, the conditions for carrying out pre-election campaigning of candidates, the powers of election commissions for the preparation and conduct of elections, the tasks of territorial election commissions and local executive bodies to ensure the rights of citizens with disabilities. In addition, the secretary of the election commission, K.Abdreev, elaborated on the issues of the activities of election commissions at the preparatory stage, as well as on the date of direct voting, especially worked out the issue of correctly filling in the final protocol by precinct election commissions for the election of the village akim, gave basic information explanations for the members of the commission, the basics of electoral legislation and experience in its application.
