Members of the Ayagoz District Territorial Electoral Commission organized a seminar-meeting for observers monitoring the electoral process on the topic of “legal basis for monitoring elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

During the seminar, the rights and obligations of observers sent by public associations and non-profit organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights and obligations of independent observers were announced, and the great role of independent observers for fair elections was emphasized. They fairly observe the election process. After all, the main task of independent observers is to monitor the fair and clean conduct of elections. They must impartially look at the election results and not be interested in the results. They were explained that the main principle is an objective assessment of the elections. About the goals of the seminar, the chairman of the district election commission E. Orazbek gave basic informational explanations on the basics of electoral legislation and the practice of its application, to the observer.
