On September 15, 2024, elections were held for the akim of the city of Ayagoz, Ayagoz district, Abay region.

The Territorial Election Commission of Ayagoz District in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 44, Article 45, Article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of the elections of the akim of the city of Ayagoz, Ayagoz district, Abay region established the results of the elections:

Elected akim of the city of Ayagoz - Erlanov Askar Erlanuly, born in 1994, works at the State Institution "Apparatus of the akim of the city of Ayagoz, Ayagoz district" - deputy akim, lives in the city of Ayagoz, Ayagoz district, Abay region, nominated by self-nomination.

The Territorial Election Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by decision of September 16, 2024, registered the elected akim of the city of Ayagoz - Erlanov Askar Erlanuly.
