New service: mobile personal manager of the Public Service Center

Now Kazakhstanis do not have to go to the PSC to receive government services. They can use the new service of calling a citizen service center employee to their home. The specialist will be able to arrive at the specified address at the appointed time.

It is important to note that visiting PSC employees can provide any government services except for obtaining a passport, identity card, driver's license and vehicle registration.

It should be noted that the pilot project has been launched in all regions of Kazakhstan. In order to use the service, you need to select "Home visit of a personal manager" on the official website of the State Corporation, and then fill in the necessary information. Applications are also accepted by calling 1414. Employees of the "Government for Citizens" will contact the service recipient to clarify the details and determine the time of departure.

"The State Corporation is constantly working to improve services. Previously, we have already implemented the possibility of receiving services on a priority queue in PSCs, which are provided by personal managers. We went further and now employees of the citizen service centers travel to service recipients. This is very convenient for busy citizens," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens.

Recall that the State Corporation has also implemented a project to deliver ready documents from the Public Service Center. At the moment, documents are delivered for 144 government services. Among them are state registration of rights (encumbrances) to real estate, acts on land plots, documents with an apostille, and issuance of archival certificates.
