Akimat of Ayagoz district informs about the acceptance of documents for the issuance of housing certificates to citizens in need of housing from the state housing Fund of Ayagoz district.
For your appeal received on the official website informs: in accordance with the rules of technical operation and maintenance of the housing Fund, all capital and current repairs of residential buildings, as well as operation and maintenance of the residential complex (including courtyards), are the responsibility of management bodies and homes must be performed at the expense of own funds of the residents.
By 2020, it is planned to provide certificates for housing in the form of social assistance (irrevocable and free) in the amount of 1 million tenge.
A housing certificate is issued as social assistance if each family member has an average income for the last 6 (six) months that does not exceed twice the minimum subsistence level in the current financial year (in 2020 – 62,366 tenge), established by law.
To obtain a housing certificate, the following documents are required::
application form;
a copy of the applicant's identity document (the original is submitted for identification));
certificate of income for the last 6 (six) months;
letter of JSC "Housing construction savings Bank of Kazakhstan" on approval of issuing a mortgage housing loan to the applicant for the purchase of initial housing, containing information about the amount of the loan, the amount of the initial payment.
