VIP car numbers are in demand in the Abay region

Since the beginning of the year, residents of the Abay region have purchased 336 VIP license plates for more than 100 million tenge.

Every year, car enthusiasts in the Abay region spend significant amounts on purchasing high-demand state license plates. For example, in 2023, residents of the region spent more than 172 million tenge on VIP plates.

For your information, the state duty for a regular license plate is 2.8 MCI, that is, 10 thousand 337 tenge 6 tiyn. Prices for special demand numbers depend on the digital and letter designations, but it is worth noting that according to Article 615 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state duty for issuing state registration plates of digital designation 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 777 for a car is 228 MCI; state registration plates of digital designation 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 777 with the same letter designations for a car - 285 MCI.
