The services of the Public Service Center with home visits are provided in the Abay region

Since the beginning of the year, employees of the Public Service Centers of the Abay region have provided 588 state services with home visits. Only disabled people of the first and second groups, as well as WWII veterans, can receive this type of service.

To call Public Service Center employees to their home, citizens with special needs, or their representatives, can call the Unified Contact Center at 1414, provide the recipient's details, find out the list of documents required to receive the service and leave a request. After that, a convenient time for the client will be determined and the Public Service Center employee will come to provide the service.

It should be noted that in the Abay region, the most popular services with home visits are obtaining a passport and identity card, as well as registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
