Consumers can leave a complaint on the platform "e-tutynushy.kz"

Today, the sphere of consumer protection is one of the most problematic areas in the country. Its main reason: citizens do not know their rights and laws, the difficulties of the parties in resolving conflicts, consumers do not know the algorithm of actions when resolving disputes. In order to promote the positive functioning of the industry, a unified information system for consumer protection has been in effect since 2021. Why is it needed, what issues can it solve and how does it work?

The unified information system for consumer protection is an information system designed to automate the process of receiving and considering consumer appeals, systematizing and recording them at all levels of the consumer protection system.

E-tutynushy is an information system for interaction between users and organizations in the format of appeals.

The unified information system for consumer protection should ensure the public availability of information, including information about sellers (manufacturers, performers) regarding whom consumer appeals and complaints have been received, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan On personal data and their protection.

The work of the unified information system for consumer protection is aimed at explaining the norms of legislation and considering appeals as soon as possible. Any resident can report a violation of their rights using a mobile phone or computer through the e-tutynushy.kz platform.

Residents buy goods or apply for a certain type of service every day. There are cases when they do not agree with sellers. For example, when buying a product, consumer rights may not be respected. The main objective of the unified information system: improving the quality of life of the population by solving emerging problems. This platform is intended for consumers, service providers, non-governmental organizations and government agencies.

How to file a complaint with the Unified Information System? To do this, the consumer must go to the main page of the site to "Submit a request" and fill out the form. The main condition is the presence of a document confirming that the dispute between the legal entity and the consumer actually took place. In addition, the consumer must register their full name, individual identification number, email address and phone number. Today, the platform works productively.

And how do entrepreneurs see the complaints received? To do this, business representatives must register in the Unified Information System. This will allow them to directly accept consumer complaints and promptly resolve disputes that arise.
