More than 2.5 million services were provided through the “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre” information system. The most popular are certificates of the availability of real estate and registered rights to real estate.

The EGKN IS was implemented on July 1, 2023. It combined land and legal cadastre data.

With the help of the information system, 8 public services in the field of real estate and 4 through the land cadastre are now provided. Here you can, for example, obtain duplicates of title documents and technical passports, order and receive a cadastral passport of a land plot, and make an assessment of the plot.

An important feature of the Unified State Property Register is the optimization of documents: the technical passport for real estate and the act for the land plot are combined into one document - the cadastral passport.

To date, 466,660 cadastral passports have been issued through the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre.

One of the most popular online land services is queuing up to receive a land plot for individual housing construction. Since March 1, 2022, 3.9 million Kazakhstanis have stood in line for 10 acres of individual housing construction.
