Accessibility of public services for persons with disabilities

The state corporation Government for Citizens pays great attention to increasing the availability of public services for people with disabilities.

As disabled people of groups 1 and 2, and participants in the Second World War can receive public services at home.

There are two ways to invite a mobile group to your home to receive a public service:

Employees of the corporation will leave at the specified address within 56 hours after receipt of the application. In addition, they will conduct skills training on the egov.kz e-government portal.

To do this, you need to go to the main page, in the section "Public Services". Here you select "Government Services for Persons with Disabilities." In the window that opens, fill in the individual data, leave a phone number and send an application.

In addition, pensioners and people with disabilities who have expired ID cards can be served at home. They can also contact 1414 or submit an electronic application.
