VII traditional basketball competitions among students in grades 8-9 for the prizes of a sports veteran, “Knight of the Order named after I. Altynsarin” A. Alataev

From April 18 to 19, 2024, the VIII traditional basketball competition among students in grades 8-9 was held at the KSU “Comprehensive Secondary School No. 3” for the prizes of a sports veteran, holder of the Order named after. Y. Altynsarina A. Alataeva. The competition was held jointly by the school administration and the team. At the opening ceremony, the head of the district education department N. Azimbaev, the hostess of the competition, the wife of Amangeldi Konstantinovich Nazira Tursynkhanovna. They wished the participants good luck and warmly thanked the guests. The ceremonies were also attended by Amangeldi Konstantinovich’s students and family friends and colleagues. The school’s students delighted the guests and participants with their performances. Judge D. Zhakiyanov introduced the procedure for the competition, the rules, and the results of the draw. In total, teams from 11 secondary schools in the region took part in the competition. The teams were divided by lot into 3 groups. The strongest began to stand out after the first game. The teams of the gymnasium school, secondary school No. 7, and secondary school No. 5 reached the final games and determined the winner.
Competition judges Ospanov, D. Gaisin, U. Kantarbaev, Zh. Kaisabekov, A. Bozdakova, d. Zhakiyanov, L. Kantarbaev, E. Oralkhanov coped with their tasks perfectly. Participants from the city schools participated in the competition: secondary school No. 1, No. 3, No. 5, No. 7, school-gymnasium named after. K. Boztaev, gymnasium No. 10, from the rural districts of Saryarka secondary school, secondary school named after Z. Zhabaev, Akshi secondary school, S. Gabbasov secondary school. The competitions were held at a high level.
According to the results of the games, the team from secondary school No. 7 took 1st place, the team from secondary school No. 5 took 2nd place, and the team from the gymnasium took 3rd place.
At the end of the competition, the winners and prize-winners, the players who showed the best results, were awarded certificates from the district education department and a special challenge cup, certificates, cups, and medals.
